Our lease terms are: Price range is based on flexible lease length and specific move-in date.. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Cat Policy: Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $30.00 pet rent, $300.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Pet fee is $300 for first pet; $100 for the second. Two pets maximum per home. Cats are welcome in all of our units. Dog Policy: Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $50.00 pet rent, $300.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Dogs are welcome in our 2 bedroom townhomes ONLY, we do not allow dogs in our other units. Our pet-friendly townhomes welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
