Management not really concern of tenants needs.

I wouldn't recommend for seniors or anyone with a disability due to the very hilly terrain. I can't speak enou Read Moregh about how average this place is, nothing really jumps out as a place a person needs to live at. You get what you pay for, cheap housing for a cheap price. The only real issue was the in unit air conditioner was very loud and the supplied appliances were dated. Tenants also seem to come and go at all hours.
