Location was amazing! But buildings are old, they updated the kitchens but if you are in a garden unit, be pre Read Morepared for flooding. Mine flooded twice in 6 months so they moved me to a higher floor.

When we first moved in, we had a work discount & the price was decent. After a while they changed Managers & Read Moreit all went down hill. They don't take care of anything anymore. The costs have gone up considerably, the halls smell bad & carpets in hall need cleaned badly.

The property is very old but that still shouldn't stop them from making repairs to the units. There have been Read Morebroken water lines 2 times so that the water was turned off; the holes were patched over with gravel and one is still out there. If you go to the pool be prepared to prove that you live there; what I thought was a relaxing day by the pool turned into do you have your key???? Maybe they should limit access to residents only instead of bothering residents who pay for the privilege.
