Hallway smelled of human and animal urine; carpet in hallway was FILTHY; apartment doors need painting/repair; Read More stairway railing loose; parking lot is horrible-potholes; clubhouse carpet needed cleaning/ Apartment did not having working phone jacks-management appeared unwilling to get fixed - knew I was staying only a couple months did not push issue; however I WAS NOT HAPPY!

Some buildings have water damage in the walls and some of the walls in the hallways are bowed out. Building 1 Read More603 looks like it will slide into the little drainage creek that runs along the building any year now. Maybe that is why the walls are bowed in certain areas?

Parking is very inconvenient. Common areas such as hallways not clean. But staff was nice and friendly.

They were always very kind and friendly to me when I went into the office, and any maintenance issues that cam Read Moree up were handled quickly. I had dog that would bark a lot when I wasn't there, and they were very understanding that the things I was trying to stop it weren't working and compared it to a crying baby. I had a positive experience renting there, although it was only a short while. It was very convenient for me that they offered a 3 month lease, since I was there for an internship.
