I am living in Briarwood apartment from last 8 months. It was going all good and the staff was friendly but l Read Moreast week, when i found two light bulbs were fused in my kitchen and when i was trying to see the problem, all of a sudden the dome falls and i proactively reported this to staff. But my bad luck, they put the fine on me for this. which is bad. I didn't do this and it was all by chance.
Otherwise, the apartment facilities are good and there is no problem in living here.

I am a long term resident here and in terms of value for money I feel this is one of the best around this area Read More. One slight concern I have is, The staff here was always very friendly and professional, but of late I am seeing a slight arrogance in the attitude of 'some' of the recently recruited staff.
There is another property in this area where lot of people moved out due to the arrogant staff, I hope that won't happen here.
