Thy would not let us see the Apartment thy took the 235.00 at first for credit check on 3 of us pluse aplicati Read Moreon fees then 2 weeks latter wanted 400.00 dollars for sicurity but still did not show us the apartment because thy said thy go so fast that we needed to lock it in and thy needed to do work on it but we feel thy could have just let us take a peek to see if it would fit are needs ,and after we finaly got to see it we where shocked .Im 66 and wife is 64 to many steps 28 in all

Nice size apartment with good kitchen and bathroom. The air conditioner on the second floor could not keep up Read Morewith the demand in the summer months. Plowing was not always well done in the winter, we saw another resident in a car get stuck in the amount of snow in the parking lot.

Location is great, close to shopping and downtown St.Charles. Apartments are open and bright. The price is ste Read Moreep, but I assume it's just because its St.Charles. The maintenance guys are GREAT! Always took good care of us and did it quick. However I'm not sure what the background checks are like because many of our neighbors were having multiple others living with them and an arrest was made on another.. came home to a hallway full of cops. But Overall the place was decent for a first apartment

Everyone there was nice, the units are old and not very well taken care of. I had the exterminator come out fe Read Morew times at the beginning of my lease because there was an ant next in one of the vents, they were everywhere! It was quite disgusting. Also, tons and tons of spider and they were not small. It made me feel like I was living in a very dirty place even though I'm quite the neat freak. The management only gave me $150 off one months rent for the grossness that was happening in my unit.
