The furnace could not keep the apartment warm during the cold months. Needs to be replaced.

ive been a resident with Remington going on my 8 year each year. I had a increase of at least 5 percent. not o Read Morence did they waive that increase. one year I had a stroke 3 months before my renewal. knowing that I would be off work for a year I asked if the could not give me the increase. do to my condition. I even produced medical documents. there answer was still know. you would think long term residents would get a break.

I have average because I believe management can match individuals with neighbors in a sense of who would mesh Read Morewell together. But for the most part everyone is very respectable of your space. Parking is an issue for me since I work 2nd shift and never can get a park in front of my building at 12a I think if they had assigned parking that would be wonderful.
