We had no major issues living at Versailles. There were minor things here and there, that were always handled Read More in a professional and timely manor. Overall I have never lived in a nicer apartment complex. The management was second to none.

I have a very bad experience with the management regarding the money charged for the damages. I have unnecessa Read Morerily been charged couple of hundred dollars for no reason, I tried to contact them so many times for an explanation of the charges but no one replied. They charged me for a few pencil markings on the wall and a bathtub repair though there were no damages. Just thought its a cheap way to make money.

Requests from maintenance issues are fast and well done. Landscaping is terrific - trees, bushes, flowers that Read More change with seasons. They also do fantastic job keeping up with snow removal. I feel safe. And like the activities especially the cooking classes. However there could be more parking. And the voice call system sucks. Rent prices are more than reasonable.

Any place that gives you no control over the heating/ac is not worth the price. Additionally, on top of our a Read Moredvertised rent special not lasting more than 2months (originally supposed to last 12 months) the mystery 100.00 renovation fee added to our monthly statement brought out many questions that went unanswered. The monthly fee all tenants pay should be enough for the company to assume responsibility for repairs and renovations(which we saw go more towards the landscape than to the units)
