Very quiet in my apartment, despite noisy neighbors. Cement walls in between each apartment on walls and floor Read More really provide sound proofing. Since they replaced the doors, the bad cooking smells are minimal now. Great Views. However, at the end of summer all windows and balconies get COVERED with asian beetles (lady bug looking ones)and all kinds of flying insects. Fixtures and carpet in hallways never gets cleaned and therfore carpets are stained and light fixtures are full of dead bugs

The building that I live in is an upgraded unit, but the building is very old. Because of this, there have b Read Moreeen some maintenance issues with my apartment throughout my time. Plumbing issues and water backups have been a concern a few times. The garbage disposal system that they have is quite poor, as the maintenance has to wheel giant garbage bins outside every day. As a result there is always broken glass at the entrances.
