The entire time I lived at Surrey Place, my neighbor above me was allowed to have 2 dogs that barked constantl Read Morey. I had called the police, rental office etc...and nothing changed.

Surrey Place Apartment Homes Resident
Security light's outside have been out for 1 1/2yr. now. Our drive has 4 bldgs, and 1
bldg. has a existing Read Morelight facing the office location across from it. Very scary, 1 vehicle
was vandalized, so dark easy to fall which I have done twice. Office has only said "will
look into it". Apt. in bldg. across has parties at least once every 2 weeks, with party
vehicles taking residence parking spots, parking all night at times. Chg. in management in office does not work well now. Not safe now. Moving.
