      In the past when I did ask for assistance or help it was provided to me in a very timely manner and also with Read Morefollow-up emails which I always appreciated. The staff at our community office are all wonderful people with exceptional people skills. So much so that I know the first names of the entire staff members both, old & new. My experience here at twin lake towers spans almost 6 years and I have totally enjoyed my tenancy here. I love all the amenities like the pool, the social area, the tennis courts, and the basketball courts that are accessible to us as tenants. I think the term apartment homes for Twin lake towers is very accurate in it's description, because the units live more like condo's than mainstream or typical apartments.       The apartments at Twin Lake towers have been very intelligently laid out to maximize the living and storage sp Read Moreace. I love the views I get and ample morning sunlight! It's a very peaceful and clean community. The location is the best part. I enjoy the surrounding parks and trails, plus accessibility to nearby grocery stores. My intent to live here initially was short-term and I do regret not signing a one year lease. The maintenance staff is very hardworking and respectful. I would definitely recommend people to live here. I have also enjoyed the upgraded version of my apartment. The black granite counter tops do look lovely and making the cooking experience more entertaining. My only negative is the loud heating/cooling system. We are light sleepers and used a space heater at night during winters in our bedroom.

        I feel leasing office takes residents like us very much granted and we the residents does not have any value h Read Moreere. My bathroom was leaking from the top and top floor pot water was coming into my apt. First of all no one was available and i had to run around to get someone and i got hold of one guy in patio. It was NOT TREATED as emergency case. and still after keeping dehumidifier in my apt for 1 week still my bathroom is damp and water falls down in drops from my bathroom celing. I am very UNSATISFIED with the Leasing office and Manager as a whole they should treat us like residents and they behave like owners and we as outsiders. I would not recommend this apt to my any of the friends.
