      In the past when I did ask for assistance or help it was provided to me in a very timely manner and also with Read Morefollow-up emails which I always appreciated. The staff at our community office are all wonderful people with exceptional people skills. So much so that I know the first names of the entire staff members both, old & new. My experience here at twin lake towers spans almost 6 years and I have totally enjoyed my tenancy here. I love all the amenities like the pool, the social area, the tennis courts, and the basketball courts that are accessible to us as tenants. I think the term apartment homes for Twin lake towers is very accurate in it's description, because the units live more like condo's than mainstream or typical apartments.         The management office could be a little more organized. When I came to look at the apartment I had an appointm Read Moreent but still had to wait 2 hours before anyone could help me. Also, when I moved in I reserved the freight elevator. Someone else was using it and it took a lot of time for the issue to be resolved. Apparently the person that I talked to about reserving the elevator didn't put me on the schedule. Those two events make me a little nervous for the rest of my time here but I'm hoping they were isolated incidents. The management office could be a little more organized.             We moved little bit more than one month ago. The tub needed to be fix it. The paint was coming off. It took mo Read Morere than a month for somebody fix the tub. We moved on august 27th. They fixed the tub today October 7th. After many calls and emails. I'm glad they fixed. However, when I got home today to check the apartment. Who was working here removed the screen from the bedroom window and did not up it back. And left the window closed!! The paint smell is really strong... I need all the windows open. I called the office so somebody can put the screen back because I tried and it is really hard. I hope no mosquitos come inside since I need the window open because of the smell. I feel like they fix something and mess up something else. I like to live here. It is quiet and good neighbors. However, the service it is not good.
