Despite all that rent was going up every year.

Tenant lived in the unit for three years. Meaning they RENEWED their 1 year lease TWICE. What they were really did was break their lease to move in with family. In the final month they were in the apartment, they generated a flurry of repair requests in order to claim everything wasn't taken care of properly. (Example - it was February and they are complaining about their air conditioner not being cold. Recall what this February was like? Polar Vortex anyone?) All items repaired promptly.
There are several, separate owners of the various buildings at Hunt Club. This being the case, the office staf Read Moref didn't handle everything, so there wasn't just one point of contact to take care of business with this rental. That was frustrating at times.

There are several experienced Rental Agents/Maintenance personnel in the office 6 days a week to handle everything along with after hours support. In addition, the building Manager is always available. I have many, many long term tenants in my buildings. They are obviously satisfied or they would not renew their lease each year.
