Carmel Center Apartments are in a great location. We are close to the Monon, restaurants, concerts and coffee Read More shops. The apartments and very pet-friendly with great places for dog walking. The office staff are friendly and responsive. The maintenance staff are knowledgeable and seem to really care about the residents.

I love the location and the staff is very friendly! I wish the dog hotel wouldn't be so close and disturbing n Read Moreear building 8,9,10 and 11. Lots of events to engage the community which is wonderful.

I had to fight with the office staff when I moved in to repaint my ceiling and fix my creaking bath tub. The Read Moreoffice finally sent maintenance after I complained to the corporate management and both are fixed, now. Since then, the staff has completely changed over and I have had no issues. Rent is high considering the in-unit amenities but revovations are underway and should make the units a bit nicer relative to the cost.

I have never rented before so what is of value to me is the speed and efficiency of the maintenance staff. Whe Read Moren those ceiling lights need changed they were here within 24 hours. Thanks.
