My experience with Mohawk Hills started in late August of 2013! My family moved from the west side of Indy an Read Mored we were excited to be relocating to a different part of the state, once we found the apartments and was accepted, we did our walk through and found there were several things that were unacceptable, being that we paid our deposit and was preparing to get things going, the young lady that did our walk through was not (friendly) and also did not seem to know very much about the property.

The renovation activity turns our life into a nightmare starting from Sep. 2014 only because improper planning Read More and bad organization like: You remove the road pave for 3 month without repave it back. You remove the patio for 3 month without rebuild it again (you deduct a piece of the apartment) You close the clubhouse , the JEM and the computer center without offering alternative And the amazing thing, you kindly increase the lease rate for the old resident (instead of decrease the lease)
