    I live in one of the duplexes which is freezing cold because the heating system is sized for a 1000 sq ft apar Read Moretment. Additionally, the heat doesn't even blow warm air but I can't get anyone to even acknowledge that's a problem. Heating bill is over $400 a month. Maintenance takes a long time to do stuff. Aside from these significant issues, it's a nice place, the staff is friendly and I think that the amount of space (>2400 sq ft) for what I pay ($850/mo) is very good

    Management changed while I was there. I enjoyed the previous management more. The residents were generally n Read Moreoisy, echoing alot in the courtyard. I did not stay more than one year. Found a cheaper place in a quieter neighborhood on a dead end street.

    They Do Not Take Care Of The Apartments And Take Forever To Fix Anything. Most Of The Things We Need Fixed, N Read Moreever Happened. Our Porch Door Did Not Door Did Not Lock And When I Talked To Them About It Never Being Fixed, I Got A Long Lecture (As If I Were A Child) Saying They Had More Important Things To Deal With. The Employees Were Not Kind.

    Wow... where to begin... everytihing I was told prior to moving in was a lie. they promised everyting and deli Read Morevered nothing. the place was filthy when we moved in. Carpets were disgusting and had burn holes. touch up painting left blothches on the walls. the unit has 0 Ammenities (Dishwasher, washer dryer) the HVAC system is 40 years old and expensive. Whenever maintenance has to be done it usually ends up worse than it started. I could go on all day about the mold, bugs, and general filth we li
