"3143 square foot house. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. This house is in a very good neighborhood which has parks, pools, and a public golf course. It is also very nearby to Wal Mart, Meier, and Menards. This is a very good area for families. The house overlooks a pond.

The house has a gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and gas furnace. I will pay for the security system and HOA fees. The renter is responsible for the gas and electric as well as mowing the lawn.
