The complex was rather run down. The drains for the washer and dryer in my building were constantly overfillin Read Moreg and would cause the downstairs to flood. The sewer pipes were constantly being dug up and worked on very early hours of the morning. The apartment itself was very spacious and affordable... the only bill that I had was electricity. Due to the poor structural integrity of the building my electric bills ranged from 200-400 a month. This was despite all attempts to cut back! Wont return.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your time here. Plumbing can back up when systems are abused by pouring grease into drains and disposing of non-flushable items in commodes. This long, harsh winter posed many problems such as frozen underground pipes. We needed to get these repaired ASAP so everyone would have water. The winter's extreme temperatures were the cause of high utility bills throughout our region, not just within our community.

The apartment itself was great, the office staff was friendly and responsive, and maintenance came quickly the Read More one time we needed it. However our overall satisfaction was diminished by noisy neighbors who would fight, people who would fight in the parking lot, and occasional gunshots. We had to call the police 4 times in one year.
