    I loved the fact that they care about their residents they have festive parties for adults and children they g Read Moreave me resources to help me get settled in the comunity because i was new to Indiana they are always friendly,polite and will to extend a helping hand to their residents and their maintenance staff always did and awesome job in a timily manner.

    Unqualified maintenance in some the buildings, too many complaints that werent addressed properly or expeditio Read Moreusly, nasty attitudes from staff, although they did try to stay professional, unsavory neighbors, unkempt property, insufficient security, no inspections, no adherence to posted signs, reliance on tenants to keep staff informed of the wrongs being done on the property, obviously no credit or background checks done....the list goes on
