The apartment unit itself was not bad. But parking was a serious issue. There was not enough for everyone ther Read Moree, there was no dedicated spaces for specific units which made it more difficult, and it became a hazard during overflow or inclement weather. Also, energy bills were extremely high for such a small sized unit. Restrictions on securing bicycles outside on unit patios also kept me from maintaining a bike and exercising regularly. There is ample space for bike racks to be placed.

When walk thru before moving out was done they said there was little damage. Then we were charged for a lot of Read More stuff not included in the inspection.

its affordable but also has a lot of trash living there. the biggest reason people move out is the high utilit Read Morey bills. there has got to be a way of getting a break with all the apartments you have.

My experience at Bayshore is very positive! I have a two bedroom with wood burning fireplace and just renewed Read More my lease for another 13 months! The staff at both the office and maintenance are friendly and prompt with a response and/or action to your needs or requests. You can expect prompt snow removal (sidewalks salted and cleared), litter picked up daily, areas to walk your pets, great workout room and pool and I never have a problem finding a parking space. Take the time to take a look.
