The maintenance crew is fairly good on response to trouble calls. When the remodel of our unit was completed pr Read Moreior to our moving in, the construction crew left the crawl space access open and when the cold weather arrived our heating bill was rather high for a small apartment. The maintenance man had to use an electric space heater to thaw the pipes out. our electric bill was impacted greatly, the management never offered to help with the bill that they caused to rise.

I have lived her numerous of years(9) and I am very pleased with my apartment. My neighbors have been residi Read Moreng her even longer than I have. My area is clean and quite no kids running around, there are children in our cluster but they are well behaved. When I all for maintenance issue they are there within 1 or 2 days to repair. I rated my apartment as good because their is always room for improvement. Like my apartment needs upgrades but if they upgrade more money, I can't afford.

My stepdaughter, who is on our lease, then 12 years old, came in for her 2014 summer visit with her Dad and sh Read Moree had to stop by the office to check the address and number of our apartment, since it was her first visit to Brookwood. She was not given our information. When I mentioned it later to the office, they said it was a safety issue, that they do not give out that kind of info. I understand the meaning behind this policy. However, she is on the lease and it should have been ok.

I did not appreciate the fact that my bathroom has no fan. It's the year 2014, we shouldn't have to crack a wi Read Morendow open to prevent molding. I also felt neglected with regard to the lack of shrubbery around my apartment, when most other tenants in my area had shrubbery. They were unwilling to work with it during the winter and I understand that, but problems like this should be avoided to begin with.

I really cant complain. the only thing is my rent goes up every time we renew , but the apartment is the exac Read Moret same that it was when we moved in in 2009. cant even get new blinds without getting charged. and I know I better not be charged for that type of stuff when I move out.
