I think when you renew your lease they need to give you a free carpet clean.or paint..I just hate we pay a hig Read Moreh cost water bill that is ridiculous.

My apartment need major make over, but sad to know it want get fix unless I move out. Was told it takes months Read More to renovate the apt. I love the size of the apt but just old stuff in the apt.

The office staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are sweet as can be at move in but after that it is Read More one lie after another, and they are rude as can be. Parts of the buildings are crumbling, and instead of fixing it they hold it up with 2x4s. In the winter time then plow the snow into the parking spots rather then into the grass, so you loose more spots in an already crowded lot. Maintenence is great, is the office staff ever send them the requests.

Management is slow to respond to problems between neighbors unless it has something that directly affects them Read More. Also I never got my reward card although I was relentless in pursuing management about this. The gym has been closed now for close to a year with access only being during business hours and the pool hasn't been kept in the condition which one would like to see.

During my stay, the furnace, water heat, and air conditioning unit stopped working. Maintenance took foreve Read Morer to fix them. The office staff had the most unprofessional attitudes I have ever had to deal with.
