This is a great apartment building. My only complaint is that my very modern-looking apartment has a horrible Read Morewater heater. I'm lucky to take a 10 minute shower with warm water. I have put in several requests, but it was never changed.

The front office staff is very rude. When I expressed my dissatisfaction in having to call for maintenance atl Read Moreeast once a month to fix our cheap appliances that should've been replaced years ago I was told word for word by front office staff that I am a actual homeowner and I have to pay everytime I have an issue you should be thankful it is free maintenance. It has been two weeks since we put in a request for maintence to fix our washer and still nothing!

I've only lived here a short time but I had multiple issues while getting my paperwork in order prior to movin Read Moreg in. Everything was eventually taken care of but you have to make sure you keep on top of management to make sure tasks are completed.

When we had an issue with our washer, they said it would be 3 days until they got the part they needed. A week Read More passed and still hadn't heard anything from them. My roommates and I called and were told multiple times that they would call us right back when they talked to maintenance. Another week passed and still heard nothing, nor was anyone apologetic. Sixteen days later we received a new washer and dryer.Lack of communication and the fact they acted like they didn't care was a disappointment.
