I would call or email on a regular basis something that was either broken with the apartment or something on t Read Morehe outside that needed to be fixed then it would take weeks. For instance the outside lights by all the doors were out. ALL of the buildings security lights were out when I moved and I had told someone about them months before hand. There was never regular maint. on my unit. Communication issues was a big problem with employees! I would never recommend anyone to live there.

Trash areas always dirty. Large stain in carpet when we moved in, has never been cleaned, asked office twice Read Moreto Have maintenance clean it. Large holes in siding Flowers apatment enrty ways would be nice!!

When I first moved into the apt, the management was not organized. I had to wait because my apt wasn't ready t Read Morehe day I was told, it was a major inconvenience. The particular woman who I signed the lease with was no longer working for the company shortly after I moved in. There's been a lot of new changes and faces since August 2013 when I got here but I can say that I'm pleased with the new crew. Everyone has been polite and professional thus far. Maintenance is even quicker and more accurate.

There are a couple of things I do not appreciate. The first is the pet policy. While pets are accepted, I disa Read Moregree with the general pet fee and monthly fee combo. The additional monthly fee is unnecessary. For pet owners, that monthly fee could easily go towards food, vet visits, and supplies. Second, the fitness area needs to be updated/maintained. Finally, I don't understand the monthly billing fee -- residents should have a paperless option that would negate the billing fee.

The carpet in my apartment desperately needs to be changed. Had I thought about it, I would have insisted that Read More it be changed before moving in. In addition, I have used the gym on more than one occasion,and none of the treadmills worked the last time I went, and the weight machines need attention also because they are also in some state or other of disrepair. I have the utmost confidence that my concerns will all be addressed since I have provided your company with candid feedback.
