The maintence is terrible. The one guy that walks around here as the maintence man is so unprofessional and lo Read Moreud. I called many many times about many different things and I would just continue to get emails saying it was fixed when it indeed was not. Jobs that shouldtke n hour turn into 3 day drawn out projects. None of it would really both me so much if he wasn't so unprofessional and unacceptable.

We had several issues right when we moved in. The air conditioning did not work and the apartment was missing Read Morescreens. The people in the office never seem to be in the office. I was also yelled at for not wanting to sign my lease because the fire alarms weren't working. Also they lost the lease so we had to go sign another one.

I love our apartment layout and the area, but the office staff isn't the best to deal with. Getting maintenanc Read Moree out to our apartment is like pulling teeth. Our AC leaked onto our living room carpet for a month before it was finally fixed, and we have had issues with our dishwasher since we moved in on March, and it is still not fixed.

There are several maintenance issues with my residence that seem to be unable to be repaired by a simple maint Read Moreenance calls. My outlets throughout the apartment are loose and do not hold the plugs in which makes the use of electric outlets difficult. My porch light also has a shortage so it doesn't work at all and merely flickers once the bulb is changed by maintenance. Lastly, there have been several issues with address confusion resulting in invalid late notices and maintenance calls.
