All staff that we have encountered are very nice but it seems like communication between the office and mainte Read Morenance could use much improvement. And communicating with residents about maintenance requests needs work as well - for example, if the office says it will be done on one day but can't get to when they expected, it would be great customer service to make an at-most two minute phone call to say, We're sorry we can't make it out today, we'll update you when we expect to be out.

We have had to put a lot of work orders in because the apartment is older, but the request have been answered Read Morein a timely manner, and to our overall satisfaction. The maintenance people are also very nice. The workout room is filthy. I am very disappointed in how dirty the floor and equipment are. The is dust and dirt everywhere. For health reasons, the equipment should be COMPLETELY wiped down AT LEAST once a month, if not more.

Overall, the apartment complex is wonderful. It is safe, there is plenty of lighted parking, staff are usuall Read Morey quick to respond, and the recreation facilities are excellent. The only complaint I could have would be that the grounds are usually not shoveled/plowed in timely fashion. Many people in my surrounding buildings leave for work fairly early and it is rare that the walks have been shoveled before people are leaving for work. I have shoveled on my own on more than one occasion.

Place was very nice when I moved in last year. After an internal coup d'etat, office staff was dramatically c Read Morehanged with the friendliest and most helpful staff being fired for nonsense. Now the property lacks quality maintenance, the office staff is not nearly as friendly or helpful and the back parts of the complex are seemingly forgotten, left with terrible snow plowing, muddy pits outside instead of grass and dog droppings everywhere. No one from the property seems to CARE anymore.
