The neighborhood is fairly kept an looks nice in the summer and in winter they are really good at snow removal Read More on the roads n side walks. The maintence team is pretty good at coming in a timely manner. We have only had a few issues in the two years (parking can be tricky, young loud neighbors, and bathroom fixture)since we have lived on the property. Even with these small issues the apartment complex is close to everything and rents for a decent prices.

Do not move here. It's a joke. The buildings are Pre fab a d in poor condition and the community has recently Read Moregone to subsidized housing. Joke.

Maintenance was timely, staff has been very polite and professional. I have not had any major issues over the Read Morecourse if my lease.

The main reason I said poor was because this is a section eight apartment. If i had known that before I moved Read Morein, I diffently would have ran. We paid rent and to know that everyone around us was living rent free. Another reason I said that it is poor is when I was transfering into a two bedroom, they gave my apartment away and I differnet know until the day I was about to move in. They offered me a three bedroom at a lower rate. We had no choice but to take it, we paid for it at th
