AT STEPHENSON MILLS WAS EXELENT ,AT CENTRAL WAS AVERAGE.LOCATION AT STEPHENSON MILLS IS EXELENT , AT CENTRAL I Read MoreS VERY POOR .I will recomend Stephenson Mills , not Central ,because of the location, and title 8 .I was a resident of Stephenson Mills for 4 years. Central for 1 year.
