Location is great. Office Management and Maintenance respond promptly. It's nice and quiet. Everyone is friend Read Morely. I would have rated excellent for value and exterior but the windows are terrible, big gaps causing drafts.

The apartment windows seal very poorly requiring them to be covered with plastic in the cold months and the do Read Moreor seals are leaky. The heating and cooling systems are old, noisy and inefficient.

I am not happy about having to pay for pest control, trash disposal, water, and sewage. That is $45.00 extra Read Moreper month that I have had to find in my budget. I pray we don't get charged for snow removal too. I also have a fear that my monthly rent will go up when my lease is renewed next year. I love living here but it is not cheap.
