I've been here for just over a year and I love it! I've never had a maintenance team that was so quick to resp Read Moreond to requests before the team here. The ladies who work in the office are fantastic and are always ready to help.

To be fair, the apartment I rented was a studio and one of the cheapest ones they had, but it was stuffy and n Read Moreoisy (opened onto a public walkway and was right next to a busy street.) It smelled like carpet-cleaning chemicals for the whole year that I lived there. Seemed overpriced for what it was, but apartments are in high demand here, so I guess that's to be expected.

I lived in a 1 bedroom and the apartment itself was great. Large kitchen, large closets, updated cabinets and Read Morecarpet. Parking was easy. The street was busier than expected. My only complaint was the electric bill. It was outrageous and it never warmed up past 65 degrees in the winter. The bill was way too expensive to keep a 1 bedroom apartment at 65 degrees.
