The profession staff down at the front desk is very immature and they are very unhelpful. Fuse also claims tha Read Moret they have free printing, however, every time I have ever gone to use it they are either out of paper, ink, or the printer is not functioning properly. The ice maker in our room has been broken all year and the maintenance has been into fix it multiple times but nothing has actually been fixed and we still have no ice in our room. I have more complaints but not enough room in this box.

The parking situation needs to be fixed. It is never monitored and the garage is very unsafe because there are Read More no mirrors or stop signs anywhere. I've almost been t-boned several times while coming down the ramp and entering the garage.

Our Internet Services are provided by Synergy. We realize there have been several issues with the Internet service since everyone moved in. We€™ve called Synergy multiple times about our Internet issues and they have been out here every few days the past couple of weeks looking into it. Any time you are having Internet issues you must contact Synergy atsupport@synergybroadband.com or call them at 203-280-2029.

Manager Response

When you report any issue they create a ticket to come and check out the issue you are having so be very detailed because it could just pertain to your room. They stop by every 2 weeks to run speed tests and we€™re always in the green. When a situation pops up you must contact them directly since they are the ones that provide the service and can assist you better in the situation. Thank you :)

Apartment itself is great. Kitchen, living area, standard furniture + washer/dryer, etc. are nice, and the loc Read Moreation is extremely convenient for campus accessibility. However: -Rent is outrageously high. I don't understand how anyone can justify charging this much for an apartment anywhere in Indiana, especially to college students. -Mail system took a full year to become properly established (costing me a laptop) -Long list of noticeable unfinished maintenance issues/punchlist items
