    We had some mice and cricket issues. It was never determined how these were getting into the apartment. They a Read Morelso changed management when we were there and added water to our rent. We were paying this separately but they included in their rent and our water bill effectively increased an extra $20/month. Aside from this, they always responded quickly and respectfully. It was also in a great location.

    We were short-term renters - we lived there due to location and the ability to do a short-term lease. So our e Read Morexpectations were limited and the expectations were met. What made the satisfaction "average" rather than excellent was the dated nature of the property. But it was in line with the monthly rent.

    Office staff switched over from the time we put our name on the wait list to when we moved in; we much preferr Read Moreed the first staff. When our move in day arrived, we had no electricity due to management neglecting to transfer utilities. After confronting staff we were assured that they had contacted them & taken care of everything. Yet when we got in touch w/the utility provider we were told they had not heard from the managemt at all. That incidence set the tone for the relationship we had w/them.

    I experience started out well but by the time we left the management had become very hard to deal with and had Read More raised our rent a large amount. I have to give it a poor rating because of all of the bad experiences us and other residents went through when the new management came in. We are also upset that the current staff was fired abruptly because they were very good at their jobs.
