Blvd is a great place to live! The staff is friendly and attentive. At times, I can hear echo of noises in t Read Morehe hallway and a neighbor (walking, talking, or in bathroom). I wish the rent wouldn't go up each year. The location is superb. (I65, walk to Meijer, Zionsville Village, trail, etc.) I love walking and running on the walking paths around Anson. Although I don't have a dog, it is a very dog friendly community. Overall, I enjoy living here!!

I am familiar with the apartment lifestyle and am tolerant of a certain level of noise but for the money paid Read Moreat this executive apartment complex, the construction leaves a lot to be desired relative to protecting the renter from noises from above - no true barrier to keep things quiet from above.

The main manger shold be replaced. Always saying one thing to a tenant and then doing the direct opposite. Hav Read Moree talked to many other tenants and all agree they should not work there anymore. Maintenance was horrible the last year I lived there. Every single bottom floor back door was installed incorrect. You could easily take flathead screwdriver and hammer and pop the door off without leaving signs of damage. FYI, not enough room to tell you everything!

One of the biggest issues is the windows. They are not sealed very well at all, resulting in winter utility bi Read Morells on par with a decent sized house. Overall the parking is pretty good but in one part of the complex, the parking is severely limited, often forcing us to park at least a building away.
