Set your budget.
- Properties with 1-49 units pay only $15 for the first phone call or email (the "lead") from each renter who contacts you through Rent.com.
- Set your "lead cap" to the maximum number of new leads you want to receive in each 30-day activity period.
- You can adjust your lead cap anytime—so you control how much you spend.
Receive your leads.
- Our Lead Responder tool lets you access all your leads in one place to help you fill your vacancies faster.
- You'll see the name and contact information of renters who
contact you, as well as the date and time of contact.
- You can view your leads online anytime, and we'll also
send monthly statements.
