I like that it is close to the dog park, post office and grocery store. The management staff are very friendly Read More and the maintenance team fixes any issues in a timely manner. But we feel that it is over priced for the quality of materials in the apartment. The dishwasher is a joke. The front door was installed crooked so it doesn't latch shut. For the amount of insulation they say was used we shouldn't be able to hear our upstairs neighbors talking but we can. More street lights would be nice.

Rent was high for the quality of the apartmemts and the sound proofing was horrible. You could hear everything Read More that happened in the apartments next to and above you. Even the sound of someone using the bathroom.

It is by far the best apartment complex in the quad cities. It's in the best par to town, the grounds and apar Read Moretments are beautiful. The service I received was always perfect! There weren't any nasty neighbors in the community. It has mostly older mature people living there, I never had issues with loudness, or partying.
