The only downfall I have encountered is the inability to have snow removed within a reasonable amount of time/ Read Moreduring times when most people are gone to work. Also that cars are not towed so the lots can be cleaned after snow removal. And there seems to be vehicles that are not even in use that take up parking spots in front of buildings that could be used for people who actually do drive/need to park.

Maintenance is a joke. It takes them forever and a day to come and fix anything. Parking is nightmarish, peopl Read Moree with out tags park out there all the time and nothing happens. People that don't live in your sections run in and out all the time. Office people can be extremely rude and do not return phone calls. I can't wait to buy a house and get out.
