For a very clean two bedroom apartment including a balcony and in-unit laundry, Grand Ridge is overall a very Read Moregreat place to live. The neighbors are quite friendly and the location is walking distance from great places to eat. Compared to many apartments, the rent is rather high here. Central air would be desirable and the wall air conditioners do not seem to be very efficient. Electric Base board heating, however, is very efficient during the winter.

The building is quiet and the apartments are nice. Office staff is responsive to any issues that arise.

While the customer service was above average, the quality and condition of the apartment and the building were Read More below average. Also, the amenities available in the apartment, even things that should be a given, such as cable TV outlets in bedrooms, were lacking. In addition, though the rental amount was fair upfront, all further rent offerings were considerably more than my family thought the apartment was worth.
