The location is ideal for my work at Rockwell Collins, and is convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Th Read Moree staff are attentive to any requests, particular for maintenance and seasonal property care. The property is pet friendly, and a nice dog park has recently been built that my pets and I enjoy. The staff are friendly and plan regular events for the community.

AirCond, Garage Dr, Dishwsher, furnace broke several calls to fix.
Exterior light only on tenant unit which
Read More could not turn off had bugs in summer u pd. electric cost. Bathrm vent on w/light (put your makeup on listening to that everyday). Carpet pad not good and stained/smell. Windows rain came in, wind blew curtains. Dog excrement not picked up, raccoon problems. Manager rude. Scam don't use their service when u move, have the carpets cleaned by some else. Or hire them separate.

The town homes were very nice and spacious. Our neighbors were very nice and when we reported a maintenance is Read Moresue they would fix it right away. The staff including maintenance were very friendly and efficient. The office ladies were exceptional and very approachable. They even had a bug guy come around once a month I believe and spray to prevent bugs which is awesome you usually don't find that at other apartment complex in the area.

Did not have month to month or short term leasing options after initial lease was up without a $100 monthly re Read Morent increase. Did not have designated parking, so parking spaces were all taken up by people with multiple vehicles or visitors, expected to rent a garage in order to insure parking close to rental unit.
