We had multiple issues with roaches in the apartment. We alerted management but all that was done was routine Read Morepest spraying.

The apt itself is decent. With the laundry being in a completely different building, it make laundry more work Read More and less fun in the winter. This year 2013, the office did not have the leaves cleaned up for the apartments in the back. Once it got warmer, it tracked in the apartment and all over. The leaves were in the beds on the couch. Vacuuming everyday did not help and it made
moving out harder. If you can get pass the dirt, the office staff is nice and maintece is right on it.

Staff is extremely nice. The downside is that the walls are paper thin (meaning there is pretty much no privac Read Morey or singing) and also there are no outdoor security locks.
