Wasn't informed of extra costs to live there until I signed my move-in contract, by then I had no choice. T Read Morehe promised fixes to apt were not done. The work out room is $50 for a key. The pool did not allow my 10-year old & 2 friends... only 2 children per adult. The entire year I have lived here the hot water issue (not having a stable temperature & i can't get hot water anywhere but the tub) has not been resolved. Leaky windows. A/C doesn't cool apt. Wall heat units ruin space& work poor.

This apartment community is like the ghetto of the suburb it is in. I cant count how many managers there were Read More during my stay, I lost count. Parking is a big deal as well as those with multiple cars take up a lot of the spaces and sometimes you have to park pretty far away from your home. The neighbors are loud, the one above me must have had 15 people living there and they threw their beer caps onto my deck all the time. I got a duplex for the same amount of rent with more space.
