Overall, The Bluffs is VERY nice. It's in a nice, easy-to-access location. The parking is easy, the whole co Read Moremplex is quiet even at night, and utilities work pretty good. The carpeting is pretty comfortable, and there are plenty of windows with a good view. Internet connection can be slow at times, but the speed always fluctuates from hour to hour. The tenants are VERY well-behaved and respectful - so far I have never heard loud music, screaming, fighting, etc.
