The property is well-maintained and there have been some nice upgrades (new brighter lamps in hallways, recycl Read Moreing by mailboxes). Our neighbors above us are very loud, not sure if it's them or an insulation issue. Overall the community is quiet and feels safe.

Facilities and buildings are not well taken care of; I don't know where to start. TVs in club house don't have Read More cable connectivity. It has been like this for almost 6-7 months. Seems like nobody cares or trying to fix it. Bench in club house is not in good shape. I see bugs all over the club house. Club House is not in good shape period. Inside Buildings, Ceilings in the lower levels need to be painted/touched and all the lights on each floor need to be cleaned up. They are all fill with bugs.

This is a great location and has lots of amenities available. I love the location and was willing to pay a li Read Morettle more for easy access to the highway. My frustration is the service fee associated with using a credit card to pay rent/utilities. The website touts the convenience of paying online but when I actually went to pay there was a HUGE service fee. I'm talking over $44 dollars for 1 months rent. That's a 4%+ service fee for using the online payment service! Ridiculous!

Insulation between apartments is pretty terrible. VERY easy to hear arguments and even conversations at natura Read Morel volumes. This also allows for strong odors to come through the wall. Food, smoke and other. Windows are old and leaky. Kitchen amenities are old and damaged. Diswasher is TERRIBLE. (has actually ruined dishes so we don't even use it).
