Issues with submitting maintenance requests for over a year multiple times before finally fixed. Also the age Read More of the buildings and the fact that they wont allow any providers to add additional wiring means you have to have a cable wire runiing down and across all rooms of apartment for 2 cable access points.

Overall, it wasn't alright up until they couldn't fix our air conditioner. We ended up paying huge electric bi Read Morells because they would never fix it. They finally fix the AC unit in August and the guy said, all it needed was a serious cleaning. So that cost me and my roomate at least $500-$600 not to mention it was hot in our apartment all summer.

They did not take care of major maintenance issues. I was several weeks with a broken, non-closing window on a Read More ground level apartment in my children's room. I was several months with a leak in my children's room. Then I was several months with a caved in window frame due to the excessive leaking. They patched the problem, which ended in a portion of the wall caving in. At the end of my second lease agreement, they added several bogus charges onto my final bill.
