The price was affordable. However, I moved in when there was a special. I only had a few maintenance requests Read Moreduring the 2 years I lived there, and those were handled quickly. It would be better if there was a playground for the kids in the community. The equipment in the fitness room was not all in working order, and it smelled terrible in there. I feel that towels and disinfectant should have been provided for cleaning the equipment before and after use.

There was leak in the ceiling. I put out my own towels & pans to collect the water. After informing the offi Read Morece staff the roof leak was not fixed for over two months. I continued to try to save the carpet below the leak with my own efforts. Then upon moving out at the end of my lease I was charged with a damage fee for a water stain on the carpet. This came to me in the mail after I had been cleared form the move out inspection with the manager in person.
