Apartments should be better insulated. It seems as if I am paying less per month than my other apt but they h Read Moreave extra fees which are hidden. $20+ dollars just for having a gas fireplace. Plus I used it all winter to help stay warm because of the lack of insulation. I pay the fee for their using a different company to bill us water, sewer, and trash. For the title of luxury apts the fitness area is rather cheap looking and needs some updating.
