It was good until my last year office staff became rude whenever called about issues snow removal was terrible Read More when called one day regarding it I talked to JK Price Brothers manager her conduct and how she spoke to me that day made our decision to leave in May she had the office pull my lease and told me I had a 30 something year old son living with me make him shovel the snow which was not indicated in my lease as a option she was hateful rude and very unprofessional

I've lived at Deer Creek for 3 years, and it's a great place to live for the cost. Of course, each year my ren Read Moret has increased but not by too much. Maintenance requests are met in a timely manner. The office staff is friendly and helpful. There are a variety of resident events. One thing I have noticed over the years is that the general upkeep of the grounds/buildings has been somewhat slow. For example, there have been some stones by the pool that have needed to be replaced for over a year.

The staff is very professional and do a tremendous job at organizing events for residents. The only reason I d Read Moreid not give an excellent was the aging appliances that caused us some issues. The refrigerator was replaced on 2 occasions and the washing machine was repaired at least once.
