The management staff is great, until you sign your lease and move in. Once I moved in their level of service b Read Moreecame non-existent. They refused to repair anything in the dump of an apartment I lived in. I signed a lease for one apartment and was moved into a different apartment and they tried to blame me for it. My toilet flooded my apartment at least once a week because the plumbing is horrible and they refuse to fix anything. My walls started cracking and pulling apart and almost none of my app

I had a 680 square foot apartment. I was told a ball park of $50-$100 for electricity. I ended up paying $200+ Read More for the summer months and I keep my thermostat around 75 and off when I'm not home. That being said, the apartment complex was great and I would have stayed except they asked for a steep raise in rent upon lease renewal. Maintenance was curteous and timely in repairs. Management was very friendly and helpful. Just watch out for those utilities..

The apartment had a few unreasonable charges which were taken off only after requested. Their prorated water b Read Moreill, garbage collection, and miscellaneous fees were higher than other apartments I lived in.

Insulation was not good but that seemed to be more of a standard for apartment.

The frig was functioning but not very well. I could not keep ice cream in the freezer. I guess that might be a blessing in disguise. Dishwasher did not work well and they did not fix after a maintenance request.

Read Moreiving room is cold in the winter even though I put plastic on my window and weather stripping around the doors.
I wish all of the sprinklers worked so that the grass in front of my apartment looked better. The east half of the complex needs to be reseeded.
