Excellently maintained apartment community overall. Apartment Floorplans are great. My apartment has a direct Read Moreaccess single garage which I highly value. Maintenance issues are handled very quickly and professionally. All employees of the community are helpful and pleasant.

The grounds are maintained in excellent condition and any issues I've had has been addressed quickly and court Read Moreeously. The staff here is friendly and helpful and my neighbors are great too. I moved here from a house and I enjoy the maintenance provided lifestyle and all the amenities that come with it. The location next to Corporate Woods and Indian Creek Park is a big plus.

building quality is poor. One can hear noise easily. Insulation is very poor as well.

Gate key NEVER works so I can never use the workout facility or the pool when it is open. 2 vehicles have been Read More parked in the same spot for over 4 months that have not never been moved causing me to park way down the road when I get home for work at 3:30 or leave for work at 5:30.
