The office attendants were very helpful. The grounds were kept in good condition. The only negative is the am Read Moreenities and apartments were not up-to-date. However the cost of rent was reasonable.

The location is great. The Maintenance staff itself is great. The rent is affordable, but the cost of outdated Read More appliances/no insulation is high. Electric runs 200-300/water is around 60. You pay for both pools & landscaping water, but sprinklers only work by the outside streets & clubhouse. Ends up about same price as surrounding apts. Poor communication with office staff, but turn-over got way better. Not the best, but def. not the worst.

I would have given a higher score. The computers hardly ever work at the front office. Only one computer is l Read Moreinked to the printer. We can no longer pay rent online. I have heard issues with the manager at the front office. I have never had an issue. They have always been nice to me. My electric is high because air comes through the windows.

While the maintenance response is terrific, the property is quite dated. While they repainted the outside (so Read Morerely needed), the appliances are old and not energy efficient, the windows and exterior walls are old with little insulation. Almost every comparable and newer complex I looked at showed kitchen makeovers...Not Regents Center...
