Our manager and her staff are available and more than willing to help us with maintenance. The manager is ver Read Morey supportive of our residents club and also gives us, with the help of all her staff several parties each year. We have activities at the clubhouse (which is quite lovely) Tuesday through Friday evenings. We are encouraged to use the Club house and the 2 swimming pools. I've never lived in an apartment complex where it is easy to get to know other people and enjoy activities.

I like living here. All the employees are very nice and seem to know what they are doing. Everything is clea Read Moren and things get fixed quickly. Love the location and how nice my neighbors are

This is a long established apartment complex with many lovely residents. There are lots of activities if you Read Morechoose to participate. There is easy access to a grocery store, drug store, gas station, movie theater and much more. I would give this property an excellent rating but for the shabby interior hallways and grounds.

The North side is so sad looking. The parking and dumpster areas are always filthy. The parking garage roof le Read Moreaks, because a tree is laying on it. Paying for covered parking, and my car is always wet. Wish the whole place on the North side could be power washed. Would LOVE my new fence!!! It sounded like it could be anytime when I moved in...Please powerwash or replace entrance rugs to bldgs.

Manager Response

We do not like "Sad" at Kenilworth. We do not have any complaints on file of leaking carports, but will certainly fix the leak if know where. This wonderful rainy summer has made the trees grow like crazy, we will trim the branches back. The dumpster docks are inspected/cleaned bi-monthly. If there is an issue in between those times, please call us and we can get it cleaned up for you. We clean the mats upon hallway shampooing, but can clean in between if needed. Just let us know.

This apartment complex is in a great location and has great amenities. Those amenities are used by retirement Read More generations and if you are outside of that age group they look at you with disgust.
New management has not allowed for maintenance to fix or replace anything that is broken (maintenance staff gets blamed). They seemingly put a "band-aid" on items that are not working properly so they work one time and break again (refrigerator, dishwasher, airconditioner/heater).
