Maintenance is the downfall of this property. It's a nice property in a good area. There are problems in my Read Moreapartment since I moved in that have never been fixed. For the amount of money paid monthly, there should be better service.

Lived there 18 months. Crystal and current office staff very disresptful and unprofessional. My 2 bedroom with Read More a den was on the corner I paid $1330.00 monthly it was always hot. Literally had to stay in Hotels if the temp exceeded 90 degrees. A/C units are old and will NOT effectively COOL the apartment! Crystal told me sounds like your unhappy you should just move! I hired A/C company and they said the unit could not cool that many square footage being on the third floor with vaulted ceilings.

The head manager was awful! The rental time options we were drawn to were not available when it was time to re Read Morenew. We had to deal with BBB when leaving, after our 6 month lease because they were so awful; they wanted us to pay for replacing the carpet, even though at the final walk-though we were told the carpet looked great! Coincidentally we were told that ours was the only apartment which hadn't been remodeled with new carpet yet.

the facility was starting to appear run down. Carpet was showing age, and general maintenance of facility was Read Moreshowing lack of caring, attention to detail.
